The worst customer service. First Lady that took the order sounded like she didn’t want to be there and forgot to take name and number for order so we called back to be answered by another lady who then thought it was a good idea to blast the orginal order taker while I was on the phone. To then have the orginal lady re answer the phone. What do you want again.Horrible, well worth the drive to singleton when the usual secret Harbour one is shut

Just spent 61$ on take away. It's the worst Chinese I've ever bought. Seeing rolls look like from woollies, dim sim the same .no sauces. The king garlic prawns like eating rubber,guess the veggies are OK. Fried rice rice tasteless. Never again

Ordered on Ubereats and waited over an hour and a half for pretty mediocre food, honey chicken is a re-constituted patty style and tastes like a throat lozenge and vegetables were clearly frozen or tinned pre-cut and are basically mush.

I ordered from this restaurant through Uber eats and I chose the pickup option as it said it was 25-30 minutes and the delivery was 50-60 minutes. I waited 60 minutes for my meal to be ready for pickup. I entered the restaurant and was told 5-10 more minutes. I waited 70 minutes total for my meal to be ready. I am appalled by this service. I would not recommend.

Ordered a family meal here, not sure why there are negative reviews. The food was great and the lady who served me was very friendly, this will be my local go to Chinese restaurant from now on. :)

We ordered our food over phone and picked up when ready. The food was absolutely delicious! My family had satay chicken, sweet and sour Pork, special fried rice and Hokan noodles. I had special fried rice without meat, and soft vegetarian noodles. I am definitely visiting this place again. The prices were reasonable too compared to other Chinese restaurants.

The interior was filthy. Sitting and waiting for food order gives you a chance to look around. The door to the kitchen was grotty looks like it hadn't been cleaned in years. All ceiling vents were filthy. If this is what the customer sees can only imagine the state of the kitchen.Food was average

I love this place. Best sesame prawn toast I’ve ever had. This is our go to place for Chinese. I love the noodles here, the sesame prawn toast, great rice too. The honey chicken is amazing too, really tasty satay beef and chicken too. Really enjoy the spring rolls and the sweet and sour pork is really good. Best Chinese takeaway I’ve come across in WA. Reminds me of UK

Needs a “really” good clean, dust everywhere, the cash register and charity box on the counter had thick dust all over them.You could honestly write your name on it.All the paperwork just messy behind the counter in full view of the customers.My partner loves the food but I won’t eat anything, had him check the toilet before he ordered anything, he said they were clean.Iv put him off going in until it’s cleanedOnce again partner loves the food, no problem there .It’s like, they don’t care and have gave upIv write this hoping they get their act together because the food is good
